Appointments & Booking
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability with your preferred stylist. Call (254) 238-8121 or use our contact form to book. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Deposits
Certain services (such as extensions, loc installation and special-occasion styling) may require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, as the time was reserved just for you.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes early. If you're running late, call ahead — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Children & Princess Resort
Children are welcome for scheduled services, including our Princess Resort experience. For everyone's safety and relaxation, we ask that children not receiving services be supervised at all times.
Products & Returns
Due to the nature of beauty products, all product sales are generally final. If you have an issue with a product, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Dance Galleria & Recitals
Class registration, tuition and recital details are provided at sign-up. Please reach out for the current schedule and enrollment information.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept major forms of payment. Gratuity for your service provider is always appreciated and never expected.
